Principal Pynchley is the headmaster of Worcestershire Academy. His goal is to make every student "reach for the stars" in Shrek the Third.
Despite his seemingly caring attitude for his students, Pynchley shares everyone's hatred for Artie, encouraging Shrek to eat him and is rather disappointed when Shrek refuses.
