Lemke Pants is the father of Butter Pants and a fan of Shrek.
Along with his son Butter Pants, he tries his best to force Shrek into doing one of his popular ogre roars. Shrek explains that he is too busy with trying to set up the ogre babies' first birthday party. Regardless, he is constantly pestered by Lemke and his son, further irritating the ogre. Shrek finally loses his temper and does an ogre roar that turns out to be extremely loud. This excites the crowd, including Lemke who finally made his son happy.
In the alternate universe, he, along with his father, is seen with a giant green troll which he thinks is Shrek. They have brought it to Rumpelstiltskin so they could get the "deal of a lifetime", but Rumpelstiltskin knows it's not Shrek.
